Location is good. Near Basse Terre for supermarkets, and directly next to a harbour for good restaurants and a bakery.
Easy parking.

La vue montagne et mer incroyable, la proximité avec les commerces , les restaurants, la plage et même le centre ville de Basse Terre. On peut tout faire à pied, c'est vraiment un luxe en Guadeloupe. L'appartement est très spacieux et chaque chambre a son coin salle de bain.
Vraiment un bel appartement, idéalement situé, terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer, c’était top.

Il est très confortable et super propre.
La terrasse est très très agréable . C'est un véritable "plus " pour l'appartement.( La vue sur la mer et la montagne à la fois est magnifique)
La piscine est également très sympa.
Le fait de pouvoir se garer facilement est très pratique.
