Location is beatiful, very convenient if you need to get something to eat, just below the appatment are many restaurants and bars, grocery store is 3 minutes away by walk..
I saw in some reviews, that it can be loud here because of the bars downstairs.. When you close balcony shutter and the door to the balcony, it will become dead silent, you will not hear any noises at all

Die Lage und der Balkon waren Super. Auch die Küche und das Bad waren ok, bis auf die Wassersituation siehe oben. Es war sehr praktisch einen Parkplatz dabei zu haben und der Vermieter war gut über Messenger erreichbar.
Très bel établissement situé juste sur le bord de l'eau... exactement comme sur la photo. Parking privé gratuit. Un très bon rapport qualité prix pour un mois de mai. Je recommande très fortement !!
