The view from the room, the jungle and beach in the hotel
I loved it all. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. We didn’t want to leave.
The things I liked about the hotel was the beds were comfortable to sleep in, the pool was clean, and the lake was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sound of the exotics birds and animals. I recommend going to the Sauna. The Sauna is a unique room and its relaxes your mind and body. Also the staff are are kind and provide excellent customer service. They work really hard to make the customers feel comfortable and welcome. The food they serve for breakfast and dinner are tasty and organic. I will definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel. It looks fancy with a low budget price:
Our second stay here, this time we brought friends for NYE. The hotel's overall layout is just beautiful, as if it had grown as a part of the jungle. Still it's clean and you'll never tire of the views.
Good on site restaurant and bar, friendly staff. We'll always be back.
I have an autistic boy who enjoys seeing the sunset at Peten Itza Lake. I'm really thankful to all the staff who made my son's dream of having a campfire near the lake while enjoying the sunset. Thank you to Martin, Don Hector, Kevin, and all staff for their assistance throughout our stay in the hotel.
