Very quick from the airport and the free shuttle was right there waiting after contacting me on WhatsApp (taxis aren’t allowed to wait around long at arrivals so check your phone for messages). Helpful staff.
Breakfast was simple but very good. Arrived late and had the free shuttle waiting.
Staff was welcoming and friendly , and willing to help.Place was clean and I felt secured . Driver was extremely helpful and polite. My experience staying here was excellent and will continue choose this hotel when staying in Guatemala.
The bed was big and comfortable. There was an option for a packed snack for our 4:00 am trip to the airport which was nice.
Very close to the airport and breakfast provided if you are in a hurry they give you a snack to go also free transport to the airport it’s good value for the price
