This was a very nice hotel. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The beach was fine, but you can't get in the ocean in this area as the waves are too rough. The food was fine. The pool was amazing. The location was very remote. There is nothing around it to see. Nothing is in walking distance. This is not a complaint, but rather a fact to be aware of. They play loud music all day, so be aware of that. It has a pool party vibe all day. The wifi is not good at all, so be prepared to use an e-sim if you are a foreign visitor or just unplug for a few days. You should be able to speak decent Spanish when you visit as a foreign traveler since it seemed like very few people speak English in this area. It is a great place to relax for a few days while traveling the Monterrico area. I would happily return to this hotel in the future.

Great experience overall, great food, common areas are in great condition and team members are extremely helpful, seamless check in process.
