Can I give El Sol an 11? Seriously, this hotel is ne plus ultra. The host is very friendly and helpful. Exceptionally clean, new building, windows everywhere. free coffee and tea, very comfortable beds in hostel, with walls and curtains for privacy. A very hot shower with good water pressure. Beautiful decor, indoor seating. Large lockers. I was the only guest in the hostel during my stay, and it was fantastic!

Clean room, spacious building, away from noise. Super easy and quick check in from the owner.

Rooms was ample and clean. Good bed, excellent shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place is safe and is about a 15 minute walk to town, (or, if you prefer to take a Tuc-Tuc , it only costs $0.66 (5 quetzales.) to/from town.

It's a hotel with private rooms but offers hostel service in a room with beds and divisions. Hotel is nice, clean, has security cameras, bed was confortable, service is absolutely great, they provide towels & toiletries, coffee in the morning, not to close from the main street but very affordable plus has parking.

Very clean , spacious room , helpful owner . The entire hotel is maintained beautifully. There is even a cafe inside where you get good breakfast for a good price .
