Friendly staff with good suggestions for local activities. Great location on the island. Multiple balconies perfect for relaxing with view of sunrise and the lake. Kitchen useful for longer stays to make your own meals. Free one hour kayak rental a nice perk.

I loved the location, really close of the tour departures and other places of the island. Great views of the lake and sunrise from the terrace and the two ladies there are really super nice they can help you with lots of things. Would go back

Great and nice people working there. Kitchen was also nice. Great location and view of the lake. Stayed in a small dorm with one other person. If it was full I don't know how that would be, but you get what you pay for (cheap!)

Its a Basic place but definitly has everything you need. I booked a bed in a 4 bed dorm which was actually a two bed dorm with private bathroom. I read in some reviews that it needs to be cleaned - I can Not confirm that, during my stay everything was clean. It's not comparable with a boutique Hostel Like Selina but it is perfect for the price! They also have the best prices for the Tikal tours. Highly recommend!!

The hotel was in a great location and had a lovely view of the lake out of our bedroom window. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my AirPods behind in the room and only realised when I was half way to Lanquin. The lady who worked there, Mimi, went out of her way to find them, and mail them to my next hotel - saving me a lot of money! Really can’t thank them enough!
