The entire Staff Was extremely attentive and helpful at all times , they made me feel at home , which is very important when you travel thousands of miles from home. William, Mindy, Wendy, Ivana, and Silvia were all exceptional. Hotel was very clean. I notice every time I step out of the room and move around the property, They were always cleaning. It just feels good to know that where we’re staying in a clean property , by way the hotel smelled really good !!!

This place was everything and more that my girlfriend and I could have hoped for. It was our first time in Guatemala. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and immaculately maintained. The location was within walking distance of everything that you could want to do or see. The entire property is cozy, friendly, clean, quiet, and anything else that you could ask for.
If I ever come back to Antigua, I don't think that I'll bother trying a different hotel.
