The front office staff is amazing. Odalys was an amazing help to us and was caring and patient.
So far everything is good! But I would expect the Wi-Fi password would be given up front.
The facilities from the quality of the rooms, restaurant and pool we're fantastic. Large comfortable rooms and beds. The quality of the restaurant food was excellent with a great waterfront view. This place is more like a resort than a hotel. Highly recommend.
