The place was beautiful- surrounded by nature and very well taken care of. There are lots of little places to hang out and enjoy the nature around. The host was very kind to pick us up from the main road with our bags. We had dinner and breakfast there - both were excellent!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They picked me up from the bus stop because it was raining! It's not a big deal that you're a little out of town because they provide affordable food and there are buses. The location is beautiful with the house nestled among the trees. They even have a bagging for birds watching and lent me their binoculars (well monocular ^^). It's also conveniently close to Orchigonia. Don't expect luxury, though. They live the eco vibe, so you have to ask for them to turn on the electricity (which they will happily do) and there is no wifi (but good cell reception if you have a SIM). The food was tasty and they adjusted for me being sick and vegetarian by making soup.

Beautiful stay, it was perfect for us! Excellent value for a private cabin and breakfast. Note - it's more of a cabin-feel than a hotel, which was absolutely fine for us, but no wifi is included and it is rustic. Beautiful and peaceful with views of the stars and of the forest.

Wonderful little oasis in the jungle just outside Coban. If you plan to visit Orchigonia and/or if you prefer a quiet place near Coban, it’s perfect! Beds are pretty hard but Otto and family were lovely, the food was good and it was a perfect first stop for us after an overnight flight. Just ask the bus to drop you at Orchigonia turnoff.

Surrounded by nature, quiet, beautiful, comfortable and an awesome value for private room with a bathroom. Otto and Victor were so kind and helpful! There was an issue opening my door and Otto climbed right in through the bathroom window to open it from the inside, then the next day Victor replaced the whole lock and fixed it.
