This house hotel is amazing! The grounds are absolutely stunning and very clean. The staff is welcoming, kind, and professional. Our friends got married here and the ceremony was excellent. The room was far beyond my expectations. Very spacious and ornately decorated. My spouse and I loved using the jacuzzi every night and there was complimentary cookies & juice in the lobby. Picturesque volcano views from the bar. 11/10 stay.
Spacious and quiet rooms, very serene and gorgeous hotel grounds, tasty breakfasts (and food in general), beautiful views of Pacaya, Acatenango and Fuego volcanos from cupola-studded rooftop.
The hotel is beautiful, it is spacious and has wonderful common areas. the view from the terrace is beautiful! it is a little longer walk to the center than other options but its ok (if it doesn’t rain and the streets flood). i think it is a little pricey but the room is worth it.
Everything!! The staff is amazing! The room, bed, bathroom was divine! The coffee in the room was delicious and excellent! The cookies everywhere. The place itself is filled with historical significance. The rooftop views of the volcanoes. And more!
