Safe, near everything, staff hospitality and mainly the cleanliness of the room.
Overall, the hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and professional. The location was great! And the food, was terrific!!
Clean facility and well setup hotel. Really enjoyed the view by the pool overlooking the volcano! Great location in Antigua as well
Amazing hotel! Super friendly and informative staff, great facilities, very comfortable beds, and a very powerful shower (which is what we needed after our volcano hike).
The beds were super confortable . Cleaness is 100% Two pools to choose from , normal one and more adults and quite one.
