The location was very close to everything and it was safe.
The staff was super nice and I felt comfortable staying here.
Location was great. Very central to everything we wanted to see. They had a rooftop which was a great bonus to see the view of the volcano and the street.
Good location three blocks from the Parque Central. Several Holy Week processions went right by the hotel and we could observe from the terrace. Clean, comfortable beds, Minimal amenities. Hot water OK. No A/C but a fan was adequate. Rooms are small.
The staff was nice and very polite . The rooms were clean and comfortable.
