The property is beautiful, well-maintained, quiet and tranquil. Breakfast, typical Guatemalan, was delicious and very fresh. The views from everywhere, including our room were lovely. We had no difficulty finding transportation (often by tuk tuk) to wherever we wanted to go. Perhaps above all, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating.

Lovely stay, always here. My third time and it's the best place to relax and enjoy yourself. Staff is so exceptional with their hospitality and you feel like you're in a home of a good friend, with delicious food and amazing views.

I loved how attentive the staff was! It felt like a really intimate resort experience. Getting up to the actual resort was tough because of how steep it was but they also mentioned they could help if you had any issues. However the pool, the food, and everything on the property was definitely worth it!

Tzampoc is a beautiful resort, with wonderful views. The resort was very clean, the restaurant was wonderful and the pool bar was phenomenal. We mostly interacted with Christian, who helped us navigate going to other towns, out to dinner and helping us with a boat tour to the other side of the lake with a wonderful guide! We felt very welcome and every morning enjoyed coffee and a wonderful breakfast over looking the lake.

My upgraded room was very nice. The view in the morning was spectacular!
