Everyone was very friendly, the facilities were clean, and breakfast was very yummy. We especially enjoyed working and eating on the terrace.

Really cute hotel with an internal courtyard and lots of places to hang out! The room had a good fan and everything I needed! Felt very safe and secure. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The staff at Hotel Chilero were incredible! The night before my friends and I arrived on Antigua, we ate something in another city that ended up giving us food poisoning. Because of this, we were restricted to our room for most of the stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They frequently checked in on us, gave us advice on where to get medications etc., and were very patient when booking airport shuttles for us upon our departure. I don't think I group could have made it through without the amazing support from the people at Hotel Chilero!
Went to their cafe and enjoyed a very good breakfast.
