Pool was beautiful. Staff were exceptional. Because I’m 73 years old they gave me a single room instead of a bed in a dorm like I had requested. But I didn’t pay any more for the room! They were concerned for me. Food was also delicious and varied.

the staff was amazing. we needed help with something personal and one off the staff members, jose, was with us the whole way through- didn’t leave us alone and made sure we were okay. everyone is so sweet there

Very quiet place in the middle of nature and the cabins are comfortable. Nice pool with the best views.

We enjoyed the open concept and airy outdoor area. The pool was awesome to enjoy during the day. Close to the bus station to access semuc champey and close (walking distance ) to in town restaurants.

The rooms are basic but clean. They pick you up and drop you off at the bus pick up/drop off area. Staff were amazing, sorted everything I needed including taxis to atm.. it’s a cash only hostel so bring enough money.
