Die Wohnung liegt gut, zu Fuss, 5-8min entfernt vom Zentrum und ist gut erreichbar.
Die Lage ist ruhig, alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Wohlfühlsfaktor. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Stellplatz, so dass das Auto vor dem Haus geparkt werden kann.
