I had the whole apartment for myself. As I was coming from a lot warmer country I found it really nice that the host prewarmed the apartment. She also brought me some sweets, fruits, drinks and coffee and was really kind. There was also a kitchen which I didn't use but it is really convenient since food prices in Germany are not so pleasant. I also had a covered parking space in the yard for my rental car which minimizes the possibility of damages. Although it is near the train station there was no noise as the bedrooms are on the opposite side and the bed was really comfy. On my next business or personal trip, I will definitely go there again.
