Die Nähe am Zentrum. Es war sauber und ein sehr schöne Wohnung, nur für ein paar Tage ausreichend..
Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Zentral gelegen, 10 Minuten laufen bis zum Bahnhof. Wer zu faul ist zum laufen findet in zwei Minuten die Straßenbahn Haltestelle. Parken ist auch kein Problem.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön und die Lage, wenn man zentral wohnen möchte, sehr gut. Bäcker göbecke in unmittelbarer Nähe sehr zu empfehlen.
