Ruim appartement, grote woon/eetkamer zelfs met additionele slaapbank. Faciliteiten zijn prima.
Goede locatie met mooi uitzicht over weilanden & zonnebloemen en Kassel/ Bad Wilhemshohe in de verte. Supermarkten en tankstation dichtbij in deze buitenwijk van Kassel. De wijk is ok en geeft veilig gevoel.
Duidelijke informatie vooraf en in woning dmv notities.
Prima verblijf voor een (lang) weekend met een gezin en prijskwaliteit verhouding is ok.
