Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit Geschmack eingerichtet und entspricht wirklich den Fotos, die man sieht. Die Lage ist hervorragend nah an der Uferpromenade sowie zur Flaniermeile und zum Kurpark und liegt doch ruhig und gemütlich. Auch das Parken ist entspannt.
