Really friendly owner that did all he could to help us with special requests like checking in earlier than planned. The flat is well located, near to the tram and to a supermarket and some bars and restaurants. It has also a lot of charm with high ceilings and big rooms.

Super angenehmer Kontakt, einfache Anreise und Aufenthalt war auch prima. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass wir ganz unkompliziert zwei mal verlängern könnten.
Schlüsselübergabe völlig unproblematisch; Vermieter hat auf Anfragen sofort reagiert und freundlich weitergeholfen;
Lage der Wohnung zentral - gleich um die Ecke tolle Cafes und interessante Läden, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf fußläufig vorhanden; guter Anschluss an den ÖPNV; Fenster bieten sehr guten Schallschutz; Aussenjalousie vorhanden - super!
