An exceptional pension, beautiful decor throughout, had everything we needed and it is located in a lovely neighbourhood near an extensive community forest park, yet not far from the city centre. We enjoyed the great breakfast, replete with all sorts of special treats. Halima is a wonderful, gracious host, helpful with recommendations and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!
The guesthouse is located on a quiet street, a short bus ride from Chemnitz main station. The welcome was warm, the room spotless, and I’ve never seen such a wide variety of cereals, juices spreads and chocolates on a breakfast buffet! My room had a table and chairs and a small fridge,,and there was a small kitchenette on the landing for guests to use. Ideal if you’re staying for a couple of days and prefer to prepare your own food. Check-in and out was easy and quick and although I didn’t use it, there’s a covered seating area outside for warm days.

Very cozy, cleanly and comfortable. The hotel is relatively newly renovated, which may not be clear from the outside (quite an old-school facade), so a bit of a hidden gem.
