Extremely efficient operator. Contacted and briefed us before time, honored his promises to fullest, a great person indeed.
Superb location, quiet and relaxing! The room was generous, with a splendid view to the mountains. It was like a blessing after a 600 km driving and I really felt great. The staff was ok, they gave us the needed information (even there wasn't a 24h front desk reception). Plenty of parking spots. A nice restaurant within a nearby inn completed a great evening. Thank you for the accommodation!
The property was exactly what we were looking for: spacious, simple, clean, calm with amazing views and surrounding + was offering breakfast, but most importantly - willing to accomodate us with our cat.
Rodrigo, the new owner of the place, is super polite and kind and he told us his plans to slowly keep upgrading and modernizing the place, which we are looking forward to seeing - because we will be back :)
Great location in a quiet village in the middle of the Schwarzwald. It's relatively high up in the mountain, but takes only around 20-30 minutes to reach by car from the larger towns in the area. It's also quite close to major tourist destinations, e.g. the source of the Breg (Danube), the Schwarzwald Open Air Museum, etc. The room was great, the bed was comfy and there were lots of amenities inside! The parking is also very decent, has easy access and slopes that should not be a problem even for sportier cars.
It was a lovely location, we had a big room with a balcony which was nice. Visiting during a heat wave was unfortunate because there was no air con. The walk down to a local (2km) restaurant was pleasant, although be prepared for it being uphill on the way back.
