We needed to have a 1-night stop on our way to Poland and it was a great choice.
1) the hosts were very welcoming
2) the apartment was well equipped
3) there is the underground garage
4) supermarket is in walking distance via nice neighborhood
And before coming here, we stayed 4 nights in Stuttgart and the facility was horrible, we were exhausted.
So, here, at Benjamin's, we slept till 10.30 as babies. And we even missed the check out time :)

Easy communication, met with the owner to get in. Fully stocked kitchen. Not fancy, but had everything you need
We really liked this apartment! Cozy, neat, comfortable! Benjamin is very caring! Thanks for a glass of beer and a glass of wine! We had a great rest as we traveled on! Wonderful stay! 100 points!
The owner thought about everything. Pizza in a freezer, champagne and water in a fridge. Herbs, coffee and tea are available. Also basic cosmetics in a bathroom. Clean and tide!
Sauber, ordentlich, alles da was man braucht . Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war in Ordnung.
