This is the most modern apartment that we ever stayed at, and it has by far the nicest kitchen. The apartment is brand new, very clean, spacious, and has a wonderful view of the Watzmann. The host is very gracious. They even gave us gifts (wooden artwork). The kitchen is from the 22nd century - it has a full auto espresso-beverage maker and induction cooktop. There is also washer and dryer on the basement that guests can use. We loved our stay and we cannot recommend it more.

Apartment was modern yet comfortable and very clean. Kitchen had everything you needed. It was so nice to have designated underground parking especially with all the snow. Beautiful views of the mountains which was nice to wake up to in the morning. Very close to central Berchtesgaden and was very easy to visit the Christmas market in the Old Town. Used it as a base to also visit Munich, Salzburg and Hallstatt. Would definitely return again!

We loved it! The apartment is very luxurious, everything is well thought out. The owners have created a place that feels just like home. Ive travelled a lot and have never been somewhere where the owner put this much money, time and effort into an apartment. All the equipment is there and is of great quality (brands like miele, samsung, harman kardon, WMF) and there are many details like a bread basket, coffee machine already pre-filled etc. You dont have to do anything when you arrive, which is great if it’s a far drive. They even had a robovac! Because the place is brand new it’s also very clean, like we just moved into a new home. Location is perfect, just a 5 minute drive to grocery stores/sport rental places and 5-10 more to outdoor sports locations.
