Friendly and helpful night receptionist Nicolas
The hotel's location is perfect. A lot of the sightseeing places are very close, there are a lot of restaurants nearby, the Berlin Mall is very close and there are supermarkets near by as well. The breakfast offered by the hotel was EXCELLENT. There was a wide variety of options available. The room size was very comfortable for 3 people. And the staff at this hotel was absolutely wonderful.
The Front Office Staff -Sefanie - was especially courteous and professional and very smart. The young lady is a great asset to the hotel. She smiled and made me feel very happy that I chose the hotel.
Service was good and proximity to historic locations was a plus.
