Modern and beautiful apartment, equipped with all necessities, excellent wifi, spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with sofa and large screen TV. In the area there are public transport stops and shops within a short distance.
The owner is very kind, precise, punctual in handing over the keys. A very helpful person. I caused a small problem with the safe and he immediately solved the problem. Very easy check-in and check-out. I hope to return again in the future.
Wurde vom Vermieter am Bahnhof abgeholt, super Service! Alles sehr unkompliziert. Lage sehr innenstadtnah. Gute Ausstattung.
Appartamento spazioso, con tutti i servizi necessari. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Sono tornato qui, perché l'appartamento è bello e in posizione comoda per mezzi pubblici e vicinanza al centro, e sono sempre stato accolto bene.
De locatie is heel aangenaam. De host is aan alle kanten bereid om mee te denken. Prima Locatie en zeer prettige host!
Appartamento moderno, al quarto piano con ascensore, vista panoramica sulla città, e tutti i servizi disponibili, anche lavatrice e lavastoviglie che non ho usato. Molto ben arredato. Ha persino un piccolo balcone chiuso e protetto dalle intemperie. Bagno molto grande e funzionale. Mi serviva un posto abbastanza vicino al planetario di Bochum e da questo appartamento si poteva arrivare in 10-15 minuti a piedi o con solo 2-3 fermate di bus. Posizione buona comunque per raggiungere in poco tempo i luoghi più interessanti della città, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Il proprietario è stato puntuale nella consegna delle chiavi e gentile e disponibile a spiegare tutto il necessario sull'appartamento.
