The apartment is situated in a village 5 minutes away from Europa Park and Rulantica, the place is quiet and pleasant. There are some useful places in the village such as Pharmacy, some restaurants, ATM, a Shell Petrol Station and a Tesla Supercharger (very useful for myself). There are also free parking spaces in front of the house and across the street, no need to worry for that. When arrived we called the owner and he was there with the keys withing 5 minutes, he is very friendly and available. The apartment, although it is in the basement (with windows), it did not matter, it is very spacious, clean and had everything necessary. We had a good stay an I would recommend it for a good value for money.

Es verlief alles wie erwartet. die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos persönlich nach Vereinbarung stattgefunden. Gerne kommen wir bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder hier her.
Parfaitement bien situé pour une escapade à Europa park. Place de parc devant le logement.
