I al most liked my room and the clear decription of self serving at check in.
check-in went well, despite no human check in desk. Rooms were clean, linen clean, bed made daily & the bathroom new & spotless. Dspite some of the negative reviews on here - a basic bargain hotel exceeded all expectaions. sometimes you've got to ask yourself what some of these reviewers are used to, & what they expect from one of the cheaper places to stay in Hamburg
It’s much nicer than pictures of apartment on booking. It was clean and comfortable. It was hot and the bathroom was clean. We were in a room with toalet so we were very satisfied. The view from the terrace is nice but it is not one tereace per apartment, it is for 4/5 apartments. It was nice, that was not problem. There were enough towels and accessories for personal hygiene: baths, shampoos...
Room was good location is perfect and lots of shop around the hotel,very close to train and bus main station.
It was in a very good location, very clean facility
