Great value for money in the center of town and a short walk from the train station. Clean bathroom with good hot water and the room I had at back of the hotel was away from the street noise. The bed was a firm foam mattress and I slept really well. The guy who checked me in was really nice and helpful. Rewe supermarket very close to pension and i would definitely stay here again if I ever return to dortmund.
Central location. Easy to reach anything, the appartment had a kitchinette with all you need.

Our blind football team frequently travels low budget to different locations in Germany, so we do not expect comfort of a 5 star hotel. The city pension was the first one offering double rooms and still being within our budget. Rooms are small but clean, location is ok (side street is not very cosy, but very near to subway Reinoldikirche, where you can also get a decent breakfast)
Great stay! The staff were friendly and allowed early check-in. The location was perfect, and the hotel was spotless.
I've stayed here before and it's my 'go-to' hotel for my annual trip to Intermodellbau in April. Good price and very close to the U-Bahn station and shops. Facilities are minimal but I just need somewhere to sleep and this fits the bill perfectly.
