easy to get around by foot, public transport, or taxi. shops, pharmacies, and cafes just nearby. the area felt quiet and safe, which made the stay very comfortable.
the hotel itself was peaceful and calm. thanks to the entire staff from the reception team to the housekeeping crew, everyone was kind and everything was always clean. i even got a present from the hotel, which was really sweet.
the room was spacious, especially for berlin standards, and neat. good wifi. also really appreciated having an iron and ironing board in the room.
had no issues leaving my luggage after checkout and picking it up later which was very convenient
Breakfast buffet was amazing, every staff member was very helpful, and was very happy with the comfort of the room, bed, and bathroom. Great jumping off point to explore Berlin!
Everything was clean, modern and confortable, the staff was very kind and we really love the space at the lobby where we can spend time with all our family members that were travelling together to my daughter’s wedding. Everybody was staying there and had the same good experience. 100% recommended
