A very comfortable apartment. Its proximity to everywhere was one of the reasons that led me to choose this house. I would like to come back here on my next visit.
The apartment is spacious, with nice and simple design. It is well maintained and clean (apart from high shelves which were dusty). The TV has Netflix - highly welcome for international travellers.
The "reception" staff is very responsive and kind (via Booking chat; you don't see anyone in person).
Great location: the street/area is cool and lively, full of trendy shops, cafes and restaurants. Easy to walk to city center. There's a tram stop right in front of the building.
Living room and bedroom are both spacious and the apartment appears to have been refurbished. It's decorated in a flamboyant, but light and interesting, style and is modestly furnished. It was very comfortable and the Wi-Fi was very good.
There is a tram stop within 50 m of the building which will take you to the city centre and the Hauptbahnhof in about 10 minutes. There are plenty of eateries on both sides of the street, and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk. The living room faces the street, but it is not at all noisy.
Everything was perfect and as described - location, access, furniture, everything clean and quiet. Very pleasant stay, thank you.
