Our host (Joshua) greeted us when we arrived at the location, and he was in close communication with us in the few days before we arrived. He made us feel welcome and helped provide a kettle at our request.
The location is indeed quiet and peaceful, and the apartment very much cosy. It is slightly out of the way from central Munich, but if you don't mind a 10 minute walk to the nearby train station, then all good. There is a big supermarket next to the train station which is great for those who would like to cook at the apartment.
Overall, it was a great experience with this place. We would recommend it to those looking for more budget friendly option in the outer suburbs of Munich.
