Die Lage der Wohnung ist enorm strandnah, das Bad ist modern und die Betten bequem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wird schnell geholfen - auch vor Ort. Es gibt Terrassenmöbel (auch wenn die im Vergleich mit der restlichen Wohnung weniger modern wirken).
Die Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen sauber und das Badezimmer war renoviert. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Küchengeräte (Wasserkocher, Backofen, ...) waren sauber und entkalkt.
