Absolut faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
La ubicación es buena, muy cerca del centro comercial de Dortmund. En la zona es fácil encontrar aparcamiento cerca del edificio pero si vas muy tarde se complica algo. La comunicación con el propietario fue buena a pesar del idioma (español/alemán) pero no hubo problemas para entendernos. El apartamento acogedor y muy luminoso.
