Nice apartment in a nice neighborhood. Cafes, grocery shops, public transport, and everything else you need are within 5 minutes' walking distance. Also, the city center is relatively close. I can recommend it if you are looking for a good price/value apartment.
The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood. We slept well and were satisfied with the appearance of the apartment.
Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Wegbeschreibung zur Wohnung sowie das bedienen des Türcodes samt Schlüsselübernahme war ausführlich und leicht verständlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt sowie gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nächste Straßenbahnstation ist 5 Minuten entfernt genauso wie die Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen.
Für mich definitiv eine Top Wahl für das nächste mal!
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, ÖPNV sehr schnell erreichbar, viele Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs ebenso.
Perfekte Lage, zentral und dennoch ruhig. Dazu kommt ein sehr netter Vermieter, der auch individuelle Lösungen zulässt. Die Wohnung ist hell, groß, perfekt eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Menschen, die ich in Dresden kennenlernen durfte, sind großartig. Ein perfektes Reiseziel für einen Städtetrip.
