The accommodation is located in Steele, a local centre with a historic flavour. Actually, local pedestrian zone looks better then in central Essen. It is very close to the rail line that connects all major cities in Ruhr (Dusseldorf, Duisburg, Essen, Bochum, Dortmund) + DUS airport.
We had an issue with heating in the flat (in February). The host immediately reacted and fix it within an hour. Great!
