Located further from the town and has direct access to fields, riding and walking passes; has private beach area (shared with other guests of the house but you barely notice each other).
Kitchen is equipped with all necessary cookware.
Good shower with high water pressure (people with long/thick hair definitely appreciate this😉)

Die Wohnung ist schlicht und stilvoll eingerichtet.Die Lage ist top,etwas am Stadtrand gelegen und direkt am Bodenseeradweg.
Privater Seezugang ca 200m vom Zimmer entfernt.
Es ist alles da was man benötigt.
Die Lage ist toll. Der Privatstrand ist 2 Min.entfernt, war alles super zum Entspannen. Zu Fuß ist man in 20-30 Min. in Friedrichshafen.Das Auto parkt ganz bequem vor dem Haus. Uns hat alles sehr gefallen. Problemloser Check-In.
Alles Tip Top sauber , Küche alles da was man braucht von Kaffeemaschine über Spülmaschine gutes Geschirr . Einen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen .Für uns wichtig ,Parkplatz , es gab mehrere direkt am Haus . Ruhige Lage ,gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert .
Sehr gute Ausstattung. Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden. Dort kann man auch Lebensmittel kaufen, wenn man mal was vergessen hat. Direkt an der Unterkunft führt auch der Fahrradweg in Richtung Langenargen vorbei. Mit Bezahlung der Kurtaxe bekommen man freie Fahrt für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.
