Very comfortable holiday home that had everything that we needed. The Marx family were very friendly and the accommodation represented excellent value for money, as reflected in the top rating that we have given.
The location is perfect for touring the beautiful National Park. We also visited Bad Schandau and a lovely stretch of the Elbe (Ferry included in the pass from the Kurtax) and rode on the historic tram (also included). We climbed the rocks in the National Park and also visited the Bastei Bridge. Bad Schandau is a very convenient gateway to public transport opportunities - just 1 hour and 40 mins to get to Prague. We also took the S Bahn to Dresden and Meissen- both rich in beauty and culture and highly recommended. We also had a day trip to Gorlitz which we enjoyed from both the German and Polish sides of the border. To conclude, this area in an undiscovered gem and we enjoyed the holiday very much.
Amazing place to stay in Saxon Switzerland - we travelled as 5 person family and the house was a great place to accommodate us all. It has everything that's needed and is well furnished.
The hosts are lovely people and are very kind - thank you for your hospitality!
