Great apartment in a nice location just 5-minute walk from the trails. A very friendly staff and quiet surroundings make it a great place to explore the Saxon Switzerland.
the kitchen was very well equipped way better than what I am used to in North America with Airbnb rentals. it was a short walk to the tram. we were happy to start our treks from the property. when you arrive loo for the reception sign from the main road. I trusted the picture from the website and goggle map. but if you miss it it's a short walk from were we park to the reception. The owners are very nice and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone in the region to check their availability first. we really used the public transport pass that came with the rental
This hotel is in a beautiful area. It’s very quiet and peaceful, and the scenic beauty is beyond compare. The hotel is run by a family, and everyone we encountered was very kind and accommodating! My dad and I stayed in one of the apartment-style hotel rooms, and it was very spacious and cozy. We almost felt like we were guests in someone’s house. If you want to spend time in the actual village of Bad Schandau, it is about a nine-minute drive or a 25-minute walk from here. This hotel is perfect for access to hiking trails, and taking in all the world-class scenic beauty of the area- even from the windows of your hotel room! This little corner of Germany is so quiet and peaceful, you will almost surely get a good night’s sleep here!
