Die Ruhe, Natur, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe.
Nur ca 800 m bis zum Strand, zum Bäcker/ Lebensmittel Geschäft ca 200 m. Aber ansonsten sehr ruhig, da nur Anwohner mal vorbeifahren. Ideal mit Hund, da das Grundstück komplette eingezäunt ist.
