Beatrice, the owner of the apartment, is simply lovely and always made sure we didn't miss anything. The apartment was stunning, clean and properly designed. Thank you very much Beatrice, you played a very big part in the success of our vacation.

The host, Beatrice, was incredibly helpful and generous through the stay. When we arrived she was on hand to pass over the keys and give us a tour of the apartment and central facilities. She has obviously spent a lot of time considering what could be needed and caters for families incredibly well (changing facilities were provided, a crawling mat, there is a room full of toys for children of all ages to use during their stay.... far exceeds anything we had seen elsewhere). On top of this Beatrice offered to arrange fresh items from the bakery that were available in the main area by 8 am each morning. Beatrice also stopped for a chat whenever we saw her to make sure that everything was ok and see if there was anything else she could help with. Made the holiday feel as if we were staying with family!

The studio apartment is furnitured in good taste, very well supplied, and It has a nice balcony. The host was super nice. She provided us with valuable info for the things to do in the Black forest, that were specifically suited for us. She even gave us a lift to the train station (so we don't have to pay there for the parking).

Beatrice is a wonderful host and her apartments, library, kids' playroom are just as wonderful.

the staff was great. great location. beautiful view. comfortable beds. well equipped kitchen. the dishes were very clean like new. in the basement we could replace the towels every time we desired to do so.
