The room is very large, has a complete kitchen, there is a large balcony with mountain view, free parking is available, supermarket is right nearby, some restaurants are available nearby too. We got some tickets with price reduction on various activities around, but we did not get to use them, unfortunately. It was quiet.
We received a lovely welcome from the owners, and we were especially grateful for the help that we received from the "man of the house" taking some of our copious amounts of luggage up the two flights of stairs required to reach the apartment.
We were also given a Chiemgau Karte each as part of the rental. This entitled us to discounts to local attractions (many discounts were in fact 100%) - and helped us to choose where to visit during our stay.
Beautiful view from the balcony - the mountains are glorious, especially at sunset.
The local town (Inzell) is very pretty in itself, and was friendly to tourists - not surprising as there does seem to be a LOT of holiday accommodation in the town. Almost every type of shop and amenity is available. And there are some friendly bars if you are looking for a late night schnapps.
Good location - spacious apartment and very well equipped kitchen. Great welcome from the hosts.
