Die FeWo ist in einer Sackgasse, daher in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Die Ausstattung ist umfänglich, Fahrradständer für 6 Räder bei 6 Fewos ist etwas knapp. Auf der Südterrasse kann man gut sitzen und den Urlaub genießen. Eine Bäckerei ist 100m entfernt, eine KI überwachte Filiale ohne Personal!! Fußweg zum Strand oder ins Zentrum ca. 20Min.
