Tolle Lage des Objektes, wunderschöne alte Bäder-Stil-Villa, Aufzug im Haus, fester Parkplatz, tolles Wohnungsausstattung mit vielen liebevollen Extras, Blick aus der Küche und vom überdachten großen Balkon aufs Meer :-)
Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Gemütlich und optimal für zwei Personen. Modernes Bad, sehr gute Matratzen. Zentrale und gute Lage in Binz, strandnah. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, Kontakt mit Vermieterin freundlich und unkompliziert, Parkplatz in Ordnung (etwas eng) und Fahrradkeller vorhanden (über eine Treppe). Wir waren zwei Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Tolle Lage, schöne Aussicht und die Wohnung war top.
Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und vom sonnigen Balkon hat man Meerblick. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Fotos und ist durchgängig sehr geschmackvoll. Strandpromenade, Lebensmittelgeschäft und Bäcker liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
