You have access to the entire 2nd floor apartment with a balcony, furnished with table, chairs and umbrella,off one bedroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a beautiful view of the back yard.. There is a large koi pond and resident tortoise in the back yard. At the back of the property is a small building with access to a combo washer/dryer. Our host was most gracious and attends to any needs you may have.
We were all pleasantly surprised at how much we loved staying here and would definitely consider staying here again if ever back in the area!

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und bemüht.
Das gesamte Umfeld war phantastisch.
Frau Theimer ist eine ganz liebe Dame und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
Alles sauber und eine tolle Unterkunft.
Es hat uns sehr gefallen und freuen uns, Berlin bei der Familie zu geniessen.
Мы замечательно провели время в гостях у этой гостеприимной и очень доброй семьи! Очень комфортное и изолированное жильё, в тихом районе рядом с парком, недалеко от ж/д станции с которой очень легко добраться в центр города. По пути есть продуктовые магазины со всем необходимым. Мы приезжали на Берлинский марафон и замечательно провели время. Транспорт доступен, а комфортные условия проживания позволяли хорошо отдыхать.
По приезде нас встретил Henry, сын замечательной хозяйки. Мы так долго добирались до Берлина и так поздно приехали, что были счастливы его встретить :) Он и его прекрасная мама помогали нам с любыми возникающими вопросами, были очень добры и гостеприимны. Мы благодарны за время проведённое в этом замечательном доме и с удовольствием вернулись бы снова!
