Eine ganz tolle helle gut eingeteilte Wohnung mit nettem Balkon. Es ist in der Anlage auch ein großer EDEKA sowie eine Bäckerei, also für den Lebensmittelbedarf ist gesorgt. Der Tiefgaragenplatz war ebenfalls mit ca. 50,-€ nicht teuer. Es gibt eine nette Seeparkpromenade, die direkt in die Hauptstraße des Ortes führt - ca. 10 min. Auch die Bäderbahn sowie der Bahnhof des rasenden Roland ist in 5 min zu erreichen - also eine ruhige angehme Lage.
