Fussläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Edeka), großer Balkon mit Wäscheständer, großes Bett (Breite 1,80m), allerdings sehr weich

Große Wohnung, gute Vorbereitung, Bad und WC getrennt, platzsparende Schiebetüren im Wohnzimmer. Für 2 getrennt schlafende Personen optimal, da die Couch ausklappbar ist. Alles in allem sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr gut außerdem, dass ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage dabei ist.
