Modern hotel located in historical wooden building. All the furnishings were high quality, unlike most places. Good communication with hosts, despite the hotel being self-service. There are no staff on site. Check-in is done online and key retrieval done at the hotel before entering. Very modern. Room was quiet, romantic and comfortable. Breakfast was better than thought, considering no one is there. Recommend staying here for at least 1 night even though the town is small.
Easy and fast check in. Spacious and clean room. Luxurious bedding. Equipped kitchen so also good for a longer stay.

Seems like it's newly refurbished. Lots of character and charm right among the 'black and white houses of Freudenberg'. Cozy and well organized breakfast kitchen. Unstaffed during check-in, but convenient self check-in.
